In this project, my role was to craft a digital product with a fresh approach, one that prioritized conceptual diversity and flexibility to effectively meet the needs of diverse stakeholders. The objective was to create a platform that presented information in a more concise, reader-friendly format. This project required conducting Miro workshops, user flows, sitemaps, visual and technical moodboards, interactive prototypes and testing in collaborating closely with a dedicated product owner. By doing so, we aimed to align with the evolving preferences of our audience and ensure that the content was both accessible and engaging.

PH Zurich is the largest university of teacher education in Switzerland, with 900 employees and around 4,000 students and over 18,000 continuing education attendees each year. It trains and develops teachers at all levels, from kindergarten and lower primary school to vocational college. PH Zurich conducts applied educational research and provides a wide range of services to teachers, schools and other institutions.

The annual report of Zurich University of Teacher Education (PH Zurich) underwent a comprehensive transformation encompassing conceptual, content, and digital aspects. The new approach positions PH Zurich as professional, confident, and highly audience-centric. The result is a more condensed, reader-friendly annual report.
