The successful execution of this project necessitated an extensive array of user research studies, encompassing the creation of personas, tone-of-voice moodboards, sitemaps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and facilitated discussions to promote collaboration across departments.

The process also featured the utilization of Miro workshops, development of user flows, crafting visual and technical moodboards, conducting testing, evaluating media, refreshing customer communication, optimizing branding, and implementing UX/UI design. Furthermore, efforts were directed towards establishing the bank within the existing customer base and devising elements to effectively address the needs of future customers. Actively participating in project planning and feedback sessions, alongside Jo and Michaela, the Copywriting team, and closely collaborating with a dedicated product owner, contributed to the project's success.
